The Struggle

The struggle with mental health is a huge problem in most teens and young adults. Depression and anxiety are some of the most leading mental health problems today. A lot of american in a wide age range struggle with them both. People that struglle with things like depression, aniety, paranoia, PTSD, and even suicidal thoughts, often don’t seek help as soon as they should. Most people with mental health issues hide it away hoping that it’ll get better on its own. They tend to feel worthless like their problem doesn’t matter as much as it should. They feel as if they are at a constant war with themselves, from judging themselves in the mirror to, hurting themseslves physically just so that they can feel something other than depressed. It is a huge problem and needs to be noticed. This is a blog that I created to help you go through it all. Each post will specify on different situations, daiting, being alone, family, friends, everything. I will touch base on how to handle sitaution during depression and how others can help calm you down, help you feel even the slightest bit better. Talking does indeed help even if you’re too scared to there is always someone ready to listen.
